Product Description:

This OGM series preset quantify diesel flow meter is designed for working with pumps,with voltage DC12V,DC24V,and AC220V.The same facility like  dispenser.The LCD display shows unit price,amount and liters.You can preset the desired price and volume before the machine operating.Once finished,the pump will stop working automatically.

Working Principle:

Pick up fuel gun, press the start button, the main board will send the single to the power driver board to start the motor. The motor drives the pump running. The fuel firstly enter the filter and pump,then the flow meter drives pulse signal to main board.The board operate the received data (volume,price) and show the result on LCD.Then the fuel through the hose,the nozzle make transferring.After refueling,press stop and hang the nozzle back.

If sensor fault, it can not make refueling when picking up the nozzle and press start,the keyboard display E 1;
 
Voltage instability, lack of electricity, keyboard display E 2;
 
If one time refueling P (amount) > 9999900.XX, stop the motor, the keyboard display E 3  re put the gun or press start to eliminate the sign E3, continue refueling;

If one time refueling L>999900.XX,stop motor,the keyboard display E  4,re put the gun or press start to eliminate the sign E4,continue refueling.
