Wind power includes mechanical structure and real-time monitoring. In the 50 kw wind power system, the maximum diameter of the impeller is 9 m, and the height of the impeller is 19.2 m. Impeller weight is 4.2 t. In a 1.5 MW wind power system, the maximum diameter of the impeller is 58 m, the height of the impeller is 116 m, and the weight of the impeller is 120 t. Due to difficult loading and unloading and high maintenance costs, the entire wind power generation system will collapse once it is damaged. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyze and monitor the entire axle and blade. The 50-kw double-shaft vertical-axis wind turbine rotates around the vertical axis of the wind turbine, and the captured wind energy is transmitted to the ground gearbox and generator set through the vertical spindle.
Compared with horizontal axis fans, vertical axis fans have greater advantages in terms of manufacturing, installation, maintenance and fatigue resistance.
