Working fluid rated pressure and the use of water pressure range, after 2h regulator test, the working fluid should not have pressure drop. 5 Test Methods 5.1 Test System Test system shown in Figure 1. 5.2 Test Equipment and Equipment 5.2.1 Pressure Gauge: Range of 0 ~ 1.6MPa and 0 ~ 40MPa two, accuracy of 1.5. 5.2.2 meter: rated pressure ≥ 7.0MPa, rated flow ≥ 30L / min. 5.2.3 stopwatch: ordinary mechanical stopwatch or electronic stopwatch. 5.2.4 spray pump: rated pressure ≥ 7.0MPa, rated flow ≥ 30L / min. 5.2.5 working fluid pump: rated pressure ≥ 32MPa. 5.2.6 valve: hydraulic support with a valve. 5.2.7 Counter: Blood cell counter. 5.2.8 Pressure device: rated pressure ≥ 48MPa. 5.3 Test conditions 5.3.1 Test spray water temperature 4 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. 5.3.2 Test Working Fluid The emulsified oil or rust-proof low-condensable 5 # hydraulic oil formulated by MT 76-83 emulsified oil and neutral soft water according to 5:95 weight ratio is used. 5.3.3 working fluid temperature control at 10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃. 5.3.4 spray water and working fluid should be filtered with a filter accuracy of 0.125mm filter. 5.3.5 The outlet of the control valve should be connected with a certain number of nozzles so as to meet the requirements of the flow rate when the resistance is measured. 5.4 Test Items and Methods 6 Inspection Rules 6.1 Product Inspection sub-factory inspection and type inspection of two. 6.2 factory inspection: 6.2.1 control valve should be the manufacturer quality inspection department inspection, inspection and issued to qualified before leaving the factory. 6.2.2 Batch Criteria: Control valves should be approved in batches. An inspection lot may consist of a production lot. When a production lot number N <100, it may consist of several lots that meet the following conditions: - Production lots are manufactured under substantially the same materials, processes and equipment, etc. ; - A number of production batches constitute a test batch of time does not exceed 30d. 6.2.3 Sampling methods and determination rules: should comply with the provisions of GB / T 13264. - Producer risk quality is 5%, the risk quality of the user is 35%; - One-time sampling plan is adopted; - Categories of nonconforming products: Not classified; 6.3 Type test: 6.3.1 Case When one of the following conditions, should be type tested. - trial production of new control valves or switch to factory production; - 4 years of product production regular inspection; - stop production for more than 3 years to resume production; - After the formal production, in the structure, technology and materials have major changes, May affect the performance of the control valve; - When the factory inspection and the last type test results are quite different; - When the national quality supervision agency proposed type inspection requirements. 6.3.2 Type inspection by the state authorized unit responsible for. 6.3.3 Sampling methods and determination rules: When the supervision of the overall amount of N> 250, should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T 14437; when the overall supervision of N ≤ 250, should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T15482.
