In this regard, BAIC New Energy will increase its overall sales volume by introducing new vehicles.
Recently, Zheng Gang, general manager of Beiqi New Energy, said in an interview: At the end of this year, we will launch two new models, one is the Suibao EV based on the Sic Bo C70, and the other is the end logistics and bus micro-circulation. For the main purpose of cross-type pure electric vehicles, the car will be named Weiwang 307EV. With the introduction of two pure electric vehicles, BAIC New Energy will complete the layout of high-end and low-end products, and with the help of policies such as “purchase-free taxâ€, BAIC New Energy will move toward the sales target of 5,000 vehicles at the end of the year.
In the existing Beiqi New Energy product line, there is only one pure electric vehicle E150EV. If you want to gain more market share, speeding up the launch of new cars has become an important task for the next stage of BAIC New Energy. Among the two pure electric vehicles that will be launched this year, the target market for EV electric vehicles planned by Sic Bo is aimed at the official vehicle category. It will become the first pure electric sedan launched in the official market with a cruising range of 175 km. Based on the Weiwang 307, the Weiwang 307EV is positioned in the micro-car field, and its cruising range can reach 140 kilometers.
According to data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the sales of pure electric vehicles in the first half of this year exceeded 10,000 units, reaching 11,777 units, of which BYD brand pure electric vehicles sold 1,391 units, accounting for 11.8% of the total sales of pure electric vehicles. In terms of BAIC, the number of new energy vehicle sales orders in the first half of this year has exceeded 1,000, but the sales volume is only 393. Compared with BYD, this data has a gap of nearly 1,000 vehicles. Therefore, in addition to continuing to promote the growth of E150EV sales in the second half of the year, the addition of two new electric vehicles is expected to significantly increase the sales of BAIC's new energy. According to the plan announced by BAIC New Energy, it plans to exceed 5,000 units at the end of this year.
In terms of models, the E150EV, which has been launched by BAIC New Energy, is a pure electric vehicle developed based on the Beiqi E150. After full charge, its cruising range can reach 160 kilometers. In terms of selling price, at this stage, consumers in Beijing will purchase the E150EV high-end model and enjoy a government subsidy of 95,000 yuan. In addition, Beiqi New Energy will provide an “environmental incentive fund†of up to 51,000 yuan. The actual price of the new car is only 8.48 million yuan. Compared with the pricing of vehicles, the actual price dropped by about 150,000 yuan. According to the latest preferential policies, individuals who purchase electric vehicles can be exempted from paying taxes, which will undoubtedly further reduce the price of the E150V.
For the price of the Sic Bo EV, its official price is 354,800 yuan. From the state-supplied working condition subsidy index, we found that the subsidy corresponding to the range of the endurance capacity of the Suibao EV electric vehicle is 47,500 yuan/car. The Beijing Municipal Government also refers to the standards given by the state, and the subsidy is also 47,500 yuan. Suibao EV can give a subsidy of 95,000 yuan, and the final price is 259,800 yuan.
In addition, although the Weiwang 307EV has not yet announced the final price, Netcom has learned after visiting the new energy distributor of BAIC that the price of the Weiwang 307EV will be similar to that of the 306EV. According to the national subsidy standard for new energy vehicles in 2014, the 307EV with a cruising range of 140 kilometers will receive a subsidy of 66,500 yuan provided by the government; together with the latest release of the policy on the exemption of purchase tax for new energy vehicles from September 1st. The subsidy of Weiwang 307EV will reach 100,000 yuan. If Beiqi New Energy provides factory subsidies in the future, the final price of Weiwang 307EV will be about 90,000 yuan.
