Butanediol Project Achieves Successful Feeding
Zibo Qixiang Tengda announced on June 3 that an annual output of 100,000 tons of butadiene project has been basically completed and put into production to drive qualified products, to achieve a successful start to feed materials. The company will further improve the debugging and optimization of relevant process parameters and improve the production and operation level of the device.
The project plans to invest a total of 398 million yuan, of which the use of over 293 million yuan in funds raised. The project initially designed only 70,000 tons of production capacity. However, due to the rapid increase in the demand for synthetic rubber downstream of butadiene products and the significant increase in the prices of synthetic rubber products, the demand for butadiene as the main raw material for synthetic rubber was also in strong demand. The company was expecting at that time. This trend will continue in the next few years. Therefore, the original 70,000-ton butadiene project will be changed to an annual 100,000-ton butadiene project.
