The newly developed 1910KW heavy-duty AC electric traction shearer is the largest coal-mining machine product installed in China. The machine adopts the latest international design concept. The overall layout is all horizontal layout of the motor and drawer frame structure. It adopts ultra-long hydraulic bolt fastening technology and intelligent monitoring of online fault self-diagnosis technology, and is equipped with a crushing mechanism. Up to 5.5 meters, the annual production capacity can reach up to 10 million tons.
Experts believe that the successful development of this model will fill a gap in the field of large-scale mining and ultra-high-power heavy-duty fully mechanized mining machinery in China, and raise the research and development technology of China's fully mechanized mining equipment to a new level, which can completely replace similar imported products. .
