At the beginning of the new year, the DQ20Y1 hydraulic top drive developed by the Petroleum Machinery Plant of North China Equipment Manufacturing Division was successfully tested and used. This is the first hydraulic top drive device in China that is suitable for 2000m drilling rigs and workover rigs and has independent intellectual property rights.
In 2006, according to market changes and demand, Huabei Petroleum Machinery Factory relied on scientific and technological progress to accelerate the pace of development, and made the R&D and manufacturing of DQ20Y1 top drive unit one of the economic growth points of the company. This plant cooperates with the Oil Exploration and Production Equipment of China Petroleum Exploration and Development Research Institute, and has invested in more than 14 million yuan to build the production line. It has quickly mastered the key technologies of top drive, and specially designed and manufactured a torque-speed comprehensive test bench. Hook test bench and water (oil) pressure seal test bench. This factory is manufactured and tested in accordance with ISO9001 quality management system and API standards. It strictly controls the quality of top drive products. After two years of hard work, it has developed a hydraulic top drive device for 2000 meters drilling rigs and workover rigs. The advent of the device has filled the gap in the design and manufacturing technology of the domestic 2000m top drive device, meeting the needs of oil and gas drilling and coalbed methane development.
The DQ20Y1 top drive unit has advanced performance, novel structure, small size and light weight. It is equipped with PLC control system and field bus control system. It has the functions of interlocking related operations, and the operation is more convenient and safe. In January 2008, the second field test was carried out in the S55-11X well drilled by the 30537 drilling team of the Third Drilling Company of North China Petroleum Administration. It lasted successfully in 16 days and the drilling depth was 2032 meters, fully meeting the design and use requirements. .
