China CSR Construction Machinery Overseas Market Opens High

The CSR Zhuzhou Institute under the China Beijing Times successfully achieved the export of CQUY1500 crawler cranes to Russia and TD150A rotary drilling rigs to India, which achieved a total sales income of nearly 7 million yuan, and achieved a good start for the construction machinery industry sector.

Civil engineering machinery is the industry sector that CSR has been focusing on. Currently, it has achieved the coverage of domestic provincial marketing after-sales service network, transformed from a regional supplier to a mainstream supplier facing the whole country, and established an overseas business department abroad. In 2011, product promotion meetings were held in 14 provinces and cities, and the nation’s first 4S store settled in Xinjiang.

The CSR civil engineering machinery segment in China has doubled for four consecutive years. It is expected that sales revenue will exceed RMB 1 billion this year. In 2011, CSR Beijing Times achieved sales revenue of RMB 49.99 million through overseas agents, overseas visits, and participation in overseas exhibitions, an increase of 103.54% year-on-year. In November of last year, CSR Beijing carried the TR180 drilling rig to participate in the Indian Construction Machinery Exhibition and achieved sales. In 2012, CSR Beijing Times’ overseas sales revenue is expected to increase by more than 50%.
