DC motor structure and characteristics

Due to the limitation of the volume and the brush commutator, the speed of the DC motor is generally in the range of 3000-12000 rpm, and the rotational speed is increased, and the working life of the motor is significantly reduced.
The precision low-noise motor is equipped with a varistor inside to reduce electromagnetic interference to the environment.
The working life of the motor depends mainly on the mechanical and electrochemical corrosion of the brushes and commutators, and can operate continuously for 300 to 500 hours at rated load torque and speed.
Typical products of mass-produced miniature DC motors have good electrical and mechanical properties and consistency.

At present, there are two kinds of voltage used in the world: 100V ~ 130V, and 220 ~ 240V. 100V ~ 130V is classified into low pressure, such as in US, Japan, and the voltage on board which pay more attention to safety;220 ~ 240V are high pressure which includes China and many European countries.
