Digital display tension table is simple in structure and easy to operate. It is a reliable instrument. Now we introduce the purpose and operation instructions of the digital explicit tension meter for reference.

The digital explicit tension table is divided into two parts: one part is the test display part and the other part is the connector part. It is used to preset the tension of wire rods, steel ropes, copper strands, etc. One end needs to be fixed, the other end uses a tightener to connect a rope that requires a preset tension, and by adjusting the tightener, the adjustment of the tension can be intuitively displayed on the instrument.

The number of explicit tension table notes:

1. If you do not use it for a long time, you should power it on and make it run properly. Note 2. When the instrument is not in use, please put it in the instrument box.

3, to prevent high temperature, excessive moisture, dust, corrosive media and water erosion equipment.

4. Avoid collision between the instrument and other hard objects to avoid damage to the instrument.

5. Record usage and maintenance.

6. It is suitable for ropes with a preset tension of 20kN or less. If it exceeds the range, it cannot be accurately measured and the instrument may be damaged.

Digital tension table operating instructions:

1. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to turn on the instrument.

2. Connect the instrument to the rope requiring preset tension and press the TERE key to clear it.

3, adjust the tightener. The rope at this moment of tension is displayed on the meter in real time.

4. Press the HOLD button when the predetermined tension is reached, and lock the rope.

5, take the pull force meter. Record the value displayed on the meter at this time as the rope preset tension.

6. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to turn off the instrument. 7. If the instrument does not operate within 15 minutes, it will automatically shut down.
