Explosion-proof junction box installation and use method

Tools required to install an explosion-proof junction box: screwdriver, tape, spare equipment, wiring nut. The installation method is as follows:

The first step: first cut off the power supply, please remove the corresponding fuse or trip the corresponding circuit breaker. For your safety, you can also operate the main switch to cut off the main power in the workshop.

Step 2: In most factories, there are two wires in the circuit. Connect the black wire to the black wire, the white wire to the white wire, and connect the remaining ground wire (see the Explosion-Proof Distribution Box Manufacturer Wiring Color Code Description and Distribution Box Recommended Installation Procedure). Connect with a wire nut and check for stability after connection.

Step 3: Check the wires, read the manufacturer's instructions, and carefully insert all the wires into the junction box (metal or plastic box for electrical connections).

Step 4: Connect the distribution box to the junction box or hook according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 5: Restart the circuit and test the installation.
