Forklift Driver License Procedure

If you want to test a forklift driver’s license, you must go to a formal training institution to conduct field training. After submitting the relevant materials to a formal training organization, you must pass the assessment of the forklift driver’s license by the local municipal safety supervision bureau personnel and must pass the theory and practice. The operation assessment passed to obtain the forklift driver's license.

The following is the relevant procedures for the forklift driver's license training organization to apply for the permit;

1. First, apply for a special training forklift driver's license from the local municipal supervisory bureau.

2. The list of special operations training reference personnel must be reported to the Municipal Work Safety Supervision Bureau one week prior to the assessment.

3. After receiving the application assessment report, the Bureau of the Municipality will discuss with the training organization the date of the assessment. The assessment personnel will be sent to the training organization to do the main examination. The examination papers will be sealed by the examiner.

4. Within two days after the assessment is completed, the assessment results will be obtained.

5. The person passing the examination can immediately fill in the “Registration Form for Application for Special Operation Certificate” and go to the relevant hospital to do the physical condition check. The doctor then makes the conclusion of the physical examination in the “Application Form” and signs the name of the doctor on duty. Go to the hospital's official seal.

6. Training institutions will sign opinions on the "Registration Form for Application", the person in charge of the training institution will sign it personally, and have the official seal of the training institution.

7. The examiner fills in the examination results on the "Application Registration Form" and signs his own name.

8. Training institutions register “Application Form for Issuance of Special Operation Certificates” and sign opinions, together with the “Application Registration Form”, examination papers, and “List of Qualified Persons to be Listed” together with the Office of State Administration of Work Safety.

9. The staff of the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau shall conduct the preliminary examination and sign the opinions on the "Application Form for Application" and "Registration Form for Application" respectively for registration.

10. The person in charge of the Municipal Work Safety Supervision Bureau will conduct a final review and sign the opinions on the “issuance application form”.

11. The Office of the State Administration of Work Safety organizes certification.

The forklift driver's license is issued by the People's Republic of China Supervision Bureau of the "Special Operations Certificate of the People's Republic of China", so the forklift can only be used within the company's workplace.

Air Preheaters (APH)

An air preheater (APH) is a device used to heat air, commonly used in industrial boilers, thermal power plants, and other thermal energy facilities. APH improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler by transferring heat from the flue gas to the air entering the boiler through heat exchange with it.

APH usually consists of a Heat Exchanger with a number of parallel pipes inside the exchanger through which smoke and air flow to allow heat exchange. In APH, the smoke flows on the outside of the heat exchanger and the air flows on the inside so that the heat between the smoke and the air can be transferred through the pipe walls.
