The returned materials which are smashed by the high-quality crusher are beneficial to reduce maintenance to the equipment during the delivery process. ZMS series crusher of HADRDEGA is composed by two groups of stationary knives and many groups of moving knives. Pulverization can be realized and dimension of the crushed materials will be even through the combination of those knives. Its production capacity varies from 20kg/h to 100kg/h and the clients can choose it according to their needs.
·The crushed materials with homogeneous can reduce maintenance to the conveying equipment.
·The pulverization is done in medium speed and thus, small amount of powder will be produced.
·Installation of noise enclosure, which can eliminate noise pollution, is optional;
·SKD11 specialty steels, which are durable, are used for manufacture of the cutting tools
·Installation of the online control system is optional under the automatic production conditions. Machines can be halted in delay if there is no crushing situation and thus, the energy consumption can be reduced
