How to distinguish reasonable grade ball mill grinding media
You need to judge the plausibility of grading in a ball mill grinding body. In production, the quality of the product and the sound of milling are the two main factors to judge. The management personnel should analyze whether it is reasonable to mainly use the screening analysis method for yield and quality data analysis.
1. Yield and quality
If it is normal production and the product is too coarse, it indicates that the material is flowing too fast and has too much grinding power. At this point, the steel ball grinding media removed in the silo is added to the second silo. If the particle size is too small, increase the grinding media in the silo. If these two material layers are thick and the yield is low, the material's fineness is difficult to control and the grinding media is too little, resulting in blockages.
2. Milling sound
In normal feeding, if the percussion sound in the silo ball is particularly loud, it shows the average diameter and the high fill factor is too small. As a result, the average diameter of the filling rate to be reinforced decreases. The normal sound in the second silo should be gentle.
3. Observe the current
Under the conditions, the feed is normal and the fineness is coarse. If the current is normal, in the elevator, the main engine is low, it shows that the grinding body is insufficient or graded, it is not reasonable
4. Observation and testing when grinding stops
Normally, steel balls are higher than half the surface of the material in the silo. If it is exposed too much, there must be an overload, and vice versa.
