In the first quarter, Yuci District exported a total of 340 million sets of bearings

According to statistics from Ningbo Customs, in the first quarter, Yuci District exported a total of 340 million sets of bearings, valued at US$110 million, an increase of 18.1% and 35.5% year-on-year, respectively. Exports accounted for 74.6% of Ningbo’s total bearing exports in the same period. This is Yuci District. Bearing exports remained above US$100 million for the fourth consecutive quarter.

The export market is mainly the European Union (28.672 million US dollars), India (21.135 million US dollars) and the United States (122.38 million US dollars). The unit price of export is 0.3 US dollars/set, indicating that the export products are mainly low-end and micro-miniature bearings. The high-end bearings may still have a certain gap with the international level in terms of performance, precision, and service life, and it is recommended to continue to occupy the micro bearing international market. Apart from the share, we should also vigorously develop the research and development and industrialization of high-end bearings.
