According to the above table data, iron is the main recyclable element in the slag, and the content of other elements is low, which does not meet the requirements for comprehensive utilization. According to the standard of iron concentrate, the content of elements S, Cu, Pb and Zn exceeds the requirements for the content of harmful elements, and should be removed when producing iron concentrate.
Table 4 shows the analysis results of the slag screening analysis. It can be seen from the above that S in the slag is mainly concentrated in the coarse-grained grade. The iron is mainly concentrated in the fraction of -0.1 to +0.019 mm, and the grade of iron is high. The content of S is relatively low. Also, the content of Zn and SiO 2 is higher in the level of +0.15 mm. Iron has a lower grade in this class, and the +0.15mm level only accounts for 3.9%.
