Through three years of research, the project solved the technical problems of wide range of brown coal particle size, blockage of raw coal dust, high temperature solids, and thermal energy cascade utilization, and developed a modular lignite upgrading system with independent intellectual property rights and wide adaptability. Take a new process for efficient gasification of raw materials, and completed the development of key equipment.
This project developed a new lignite upgrading technology and key equipment with independent intellectual property rights, and completed the processing of 200,000 tons of coal solid heat carrier lignite pyrolysis process package, which solved the technical problems of the current use of brown coal pyrolysis to establish lignite. Upgrade quality-gasification-synthesis of chemical products and liquid fuel coupling and co-production of new technology laid the foundation for engineering technology.
The acceptance group agrees that: The project has studied key technologies such as tar pyrolysis gas-heating semi-coke particle dedusting, solid heat carrier (semi-coke) heating and air distribution, drying pyrolysis system thermal energy cascade optimization and control; and development of double sleeve drying , Semi-coke heating, solid heat carrier (semi-coke) moving bed pyrolysis, hot semi-coke lifting and other key elements of the equipment; conducted pyrolysis pulping and gasification performance research; developed a lignite heat with independent intellectual property rights The upgrading process was completed; a 6000 tonne/year brown coal pyrolysis upgrading pilot plant was built; 110 hours of continuous operation was achieved; and a 200,000 tonne solid heat carrier lignite pyrolysis process package was prepared. He applied for or authorized 3 invention patents, published 6 papers, trained 4 graduate students, completed the tasks specified in the task task contract, and achieved the objectives and major assessment indicators. The experts unanimously agreed that the subject passed technical acceptance.
