PTFE brake hose

PTFE inner liner is suitable for brake applications. It has a 304 stainless steel braid for strength and protection, also you can chose cover PVC, PU and TPU in the outside layer to make hose wear resistant. 
It is a durable and professional hose that resist leaks and corrosion and is rated up to 6000 PSI. 

Construction: 
Inner layer: PTFE
Enhancement layer: Stainless steel wire braid ( AISI Steel 304 or 316 )
Outer layer: PVC, PU(black, red, blue, yellow, purple, clear, gray, orange, ect. )
Temperature range: −65ºC ~ +260ºC
Product performance: High temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, long lasting and good durability, acid and alkali resistance, ozone resistance, low coefficient, anti-friction, long using life and non-aging. 
Purpose: Widely used in Automotive, Bicycle, Motorcycle, Racing, Brake Lines, Clutch Lines, Fuel Systems, Turbo oil feed Hose, Coolant Systems, Oil Pressure Systems, Gauge lines & Power Steering. 

Compatibility: Brake Fluids, Unleaded Petrol, Methanol, Water, & Oil. Ideal for use with Unleaded fuel, ect.

Customized Flooring

Customized Flooring is more like a service we are offering. Some of customers would prefer a pre cut flooring for they boats rather than a DIY job with our normal sheets.

Customized Flooring
We use the latest CNC machine to cut the sheets based on the design file we received from customers. Normally, a DXF file would be anough for quotation and production. The final product came from the CNC machine is lauxry, high end and personalized, you can have frames, logos or names on it.

Besides, we also offer helm station pad, cooler top mat which is produced by CNC machine. Helm pad is a good tool for captain standing a long time on the water, the thicker material makes it soft, and reduce the pain from long time standing. The cooler top mat can be sticked on the top of cooler, making the cooler to be more functional as you can stand or seat on it with traction.
