The appraisal team reviewed the management system documents, reviewed the measurement standards and instrument equipment technical files, personnel technical files, internal audit and management review materials, complaints processing records, conducted on-site testing, on-site questions, with the top management, technical responsible person, quality Responsible person interviews and other methods systematically examined system construction, capacity building, behavior standards, and data certificates. The assessment team believes that the station has taken active and effective measures in terms of development goals, capacity building, customer service, cultural development, team building, etc. over the past five years. It has invested a lot of capital for basic construction, and has conducted technology on some measurement standards and laboratories. The transformation, beautification of the environment, met the requirements for metrological verification of environmental facilities, and improved the technical capacity for metrological verification.
