"Nuclear pumps, valves, electrical equipment and measuring instruments developed" over acceptance

[ China Instrument Network Instrument R&D ] From April 11 to 12, the National Energy Administration organized an expert on nuclear power pumps, valves, electrical equipment, and major projects of the large-scale advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant led by the Shanghai Nuclear Industry Institute and shared by the UN nuclear autonomy. The "development of measuring instruments" topic was formally accepted.

The acceptance expert group believes that the project has completed the research content stipulated in the task contract, satisfies the requirements of the assessment index, and has achieved the research objectives; the subject organization and management are orderly, and the system is sound, and the unanimously agreed topic passes the formal acceptance.

The acceptance group consisted of 18 experts from China Machinery Industry Federation, China General Machinery Industry Association, Ministry of Environmental Protection Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center, Tsinghua University, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, China Nuclear Power Group, Huaneng Group, and Iron and Steel Research Institute and other relevant units. More than 80 people from the China Nuclear Power Development Center, the National Power Investment Office, and representatives from project participants participated in the meeting.

This project is one of the key issues for the development of key equipment for large-scale advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant major special technology research and development, aiming to achieve the localization and autonomy of pumps, valves, electrical equipment and measuring instruments for CAP1400 nuclear power unit. After more than five years of independent research, the project completed the development of 25 nuclear power equipment and devices, mastered key technologies, and obtained a number of scientific and technological achievements with independent intellectual property rights, and applied for 80 patents, granted 56 licenses, and 4 technical secrets. 76 sets (sets) of prototypes, 20 results appraisal, forming more than 60 industry/enterprise standards. The research results have been implemented in the CAP1400 demonstration project and other nuclear power plant engineering projects.

The project has effectively played the role of the cooperation mechanism between industry, universities, and research institutes. The Shanghai Nuclear Industry Institute united more than 20 units such as the Nuclear Susu Valve, the Dalian Dagao, the 9th Institute of Chemical Materials, and the Shangshang Cable, and established 7 multidisciplinary platforms for production and research, and 1 The industry expert technical consultation platform formed three reinvention bases, including seven supply bases such as main pump frequency converters and control valves, and a nuclear power seal joint research center, which effectively promoted the continuous innovation of nuclear power-related equipment. At the same time, it also trained a large number of professionals who have mastered the development, production, and management of nuclear pumps, valves, electrical equipment, and measuring instruments. As a result, it has promoted the autonomous design, manufacture, and test verification of domestic nuclear pump valves, electrical equipment, and measurement instrumentation equipment. The ability to promote the overall upgrading of the relevant industry chain capabilities and product levels.
