The YWZ-6.552 small six shuttle mesh machine developed this time has a fabric width of 400-750mm, a shuttle of 480 shuttles per minute, a maximum warp number of 552, and a weft density of 6-20/10 cm. The maximum diameter of the weft ingot is 90mm and the length is 200mm. The maximum diameter of the warp ingot is 110mm, the length is 200mm, and the maximum winding diameter is 1200mm.
Because the machine is innovative in the design process, it has the following characteristics: the warp and weft crossing is realized by the swing of the threading device, and the threading device bracket adopts the double supporting plate type, the pulley is not easy to yaw when rotating, and the stability is good. The main machine adopts open structure, convex cam turntable, no lubrication, and convenient maintenance. The guide rail adopts a continuous dovetail guide rail pair, which is not easy to drop. The shuttle adjusts the gap in the guide rail conveniently. The shuttlecock adopts a closed-type first-class transmission, which is not easily polluted by dust. During the use of the whole machine, there are fewer wearing parts and the cost of spare parts is low.
