Shaanxi Automotive Automotive Engineering Institute conducts natural gas product demand in Thailand, Myanmar, Russia, Australia, Peru and other international markets, and conducts 48 categories of product performance adaptability, reliability, product appearance, after-sales service convenience, and personalized demand. Four rounds of adaptive development and optimization have enabled accurate definition of product requirements in different countries.
Taking the Thai market as an example, the Automotive Engineering Research Institute carried out a lightweight design of the vehicle and reduced the vehicle's weight to 320 kg, which met the demand of the Thai market for natural gas products to reduce their own weight. The axle brake shoe width was increased from 180mm to 220mm, improving the reliability of the vehicle. In order to ensure the reliability of the rubber parts, the appearance and performance of the rubber parts used in the export models have been increased to meet the standard requirements, and the export vehicles have been exclusively used to manage the suppliers. Optimized the direction and fixed point for the pipelines and harnesses on the vehicle, greatly improving the appearance of the product. The manuals and spare parts catalogues for exporting Thai vehicles were reorganized and revised to ensure that users understand the products and service personnel timely maintain the use problems. According to the use habits of Thai users when getting in the car, non-slip pedals are added to the side of the body to facilitate customer use.
