Top entry ball valve is particularly applicable for such industries as petroleum, chemical engineering and nuclear power plants. Its body adopts an integrated design, thus reducing leak points. Its seat design is available for either soft or hard seal, easy for maintenance. With its advanced manufacturing process and reasonable structure design, it can bear high temperature and high pressure, so it has a wide application scope.  
Design characteristics of product:  
1. It's featured by its integrated body design, top entry trunnion fixing support and flange or butt welding structure 
2. The Inco nickel corrugated spring drives the enclosed metal seat to move towards the ball, with the two-way seal function for its inlet and outlet 
3. It adopts the unique retractable seat technology, and also is available for online replacement of ball rod, stem gasket ring, metal seat and corrugated spring, with minimized torque for its easy operation 
4. It's easy for maintenance and installation and has a long service life. Its internal components are available for maintenance and replacement without unloading it from the pipeline, thus extending its service life 
5. It's featured by its small torque and reliable seal; and unlike common ball valve types, its seat with a spheroidal structure can adjust the seal position automatically 
6. It's preset with an actuator platform and bolt holes, and conforms to requirements by ISO5211. The actuator is ready to be assembled any time in accordance with different requirements of users 
7. The valve is provided with double block and bleed function (DBB) 
8. The manual top entry ball valve adopts a high-strength integrated ball rod structure, ensuring the ball's accurate position 
9. Its stem adopts a blowout-proof protection structure, making its operation safely.
