Project Description:
The project is located on the south side of University Road, Xitang Township, Nanning. The residential land area is 98,436.9 square meters, and the total construction area is 563,871.35 square meters. The main residential construction of the project is a combination of clubhouse, commerce, farmer's market, primary school and kindergarten. The project has a total design of 4,228 households and it is expected that the total number of residents will be about 13,529. The project is planned to be divided into three districts of the central, south and south districts. The North District is a high-rise apartment complex consisting of four 26-storey apartment buildings. The middle district is a primary school and kindergarten; the southern district is located along the Wie Street shopping area and a high-rise residential area. It consists of a podium and 12 floors of 34-storey high-rise residential towers and 34-storey high-rise residential buildings.
