On December 29th, at the opening of a vegetarian restaurant in Shishi City, it was declared that elderly people over 70 years of age provided free love meals throughout the year, and all disabled people and homeless people could eat at their restaurants for free.

This small restaurant is located in Tianzi Jiahe Community on Dajing Street and is called Huifengyuan. Li Xiaofeng is the owner of Heilongjiang. In 2000, he and his wife came to work in Shijiazhuang, worked as restaurant chefs, and also worked in other small businesses, accumulating some of the cost of opening restaurants, and always wanted to do something meaningful to the society. He is an environmental volunteer who knows the health benefits of vegetarian food and opened the vegetarian restaurant.
Li Xiaofeng’s parents are all from Heilongjiang’s hometown. Because they can’t always return to their parents to do filial piety, he decides to provide free meals to people over the age of 70 in the city. Some people worry that this will eat up restaurants. Li Xiaofeng said: “The love meals we provide are four home-made stews at a time, plus taro and rice staple foods. Takeaways are just 10 yuan and one is estimated to be affordable.â€
The 79-year-old grandfather claimed praise for the quality of the food, but he said that no special circumstances would come later because it was not easy for people to open restaurants.
Looking at the old people happy, Li Xiaofeng and his wife are also happy. They said that disabled people and vagrants can come to restaurants and enjoy love meals.
