BK-1/EX three magnetic drive level switch
The BK-1/EX drive level switch is installed at the corresponding position on the outside of the main body of the magnetic flap level gauge as a liquid level alarm or control. The original XQ transmitter is in the form of a dry reed switch. It is a single-contact type and, of course, a small number of double contacts.     The BK-1/EX drive level switch, also known as the BK-1/EX triple magnetic drive level switch, is mounted on the magnetic flap level gauge and is located in the same magnetic coupling system as the level gauge. The float moves up and down with the level change. When the float approaches the level switch from bottom to top, the magnetic field generated by the magnetic steel in the float is repulsive to the magnetic field generated by the magnetic steel in the level switch, and the magnetic steel in the level switch is pushed. And the connected cam swings to drive the switch action, the float continues to rise, the switch remains in this state, and when approaching the liquid level switch, the repulsion between the magnetic fields pushes the level switch to switch state and hold again, so the switch has a bistable state memory function. Products use special switches, large contact capacity, high temperature resistance, is the most practical and most reliable additional control or alarm device applied to the magnetic flap level gauge.
