Project Description:
The project is located in the Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, west of the Zhongdeng era, east to the Weimar Grand Residence, reserved by the neighboring Jingfa International High School, and south to the Fengcheng 9th Road. It mainly consists of high-rise residential buildings, supporting the construction of commercial service facilities, attacking the construction of 8 high-rise and multi-storey residential buildings, 1 integrated business, and supporting public facilities and other comprehensive facilities. The total site area is 37,826.9m2, and the total construction area is 184230m2, of which the total construction area above ground is 143,573m2, the underground construction area is 40,657m2, and the greening rate is 40%. The estimated number of households is 988, and the resident population is about 3162. The total investment of the project is 410 million yuan.
