Article 27 of the "Regulations" is the tire recall regulations. The drafters of the Regulations had hoped to include the contents of the recall, but due to various difficulties, they failed to do so.

It is reported that in the United States, tires are uniformly classified into equipment categories. In related laws and regulations, when referring to automobile manufacturers, equipment manufacturers are also mentioned. However, in Chinese regulations, it is sometimes very confusing to mention automobile manufacturers and sometimes to replace tire manufacturers.

The above-mentioned sources said: “To write a complete vehicle and replace tires at the same time in the implementation details is very difficult in the legislative and technical aspects.” In view of this, this problem has only to be left behind, when the AQSIQ further formulates some normative documents. , and then how to supervise the replacement of tires.

According to relevant persons from the AQSIQ Defective Product Management Center, “In fact, there is not much difference between a tire recall and a car. It is nothing more than a separate principle written in the specific operating rules for replacing tires.”

Article 27 of the "Regulations on the Revocation of Defective Automobile Products Regulations" stipulates that the manufacturer of a tire shall be responsible for the recall of automobile products that do not have the defects of the tires of the vehicle when they leave the factory. The specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council’s product quality supervision department with reference to the regulations.
