7. Establish equipment files, maintenance files, maintenance responsibility system, equipment inspection system, prepare equipment maintenance, repair and renewal plans, and timely report the scrapping of used equipment.
8. Responsible for the economic accounting of this section, and carry out the salary distribution and employee assessment work in this section.
