"Limited plastic" was incorporated into the regulations. The "Regulations" stipulates that shopping malls shall not provide plastic packaging bags free of charge. This is the first step in the management of "white pollution" legalization. Production enterprises should adopt measures such as recycling of packaging materials and paper products to reduce the use of packaging materials and the production of packaging waste. Enterprises that produce, sell, or import products and packaging items that have been listed in the mandatory recycling catalog shall be responsible for the recovery of packaging waste. "Limited sound" is the responsibility of the public security department. The "Regulations" clarified the main body responsible for the prevention and control of noise pollution.
