"Notice on Enabling the Use of Hazardous Chemicals Units for Safety Production Standardization Information Management System" issued
The China National Drying Network News National Security Supervision Bureau recently issued the "Circular on Enabling the Production Safety Standardization Information Management System for Hazardous Chemicals Business Units", requiring the local safety supervision bureaus, relevant central enterprises, and relevant units to officially start operations on September 1. According to the briefing, the information management system is designed to enhance the informationization level of the work safety standardization work for dangerous chemicals practitioners across the country. It is organized and developed by the State Administration of Safety Supervision and is one of the important subsystems of the national safe production “Jin An†project. . The system will rely on the website of the State Administration of Safety Supervision to provide services for the national hazardous chemicals practitioners, safety supervisory departments at all levels, safety production standardization review organizations and assessment units, and the public.
The State Administration of Safety Supervision requires local safety supervisory departments at all levels to establish a safe production standardization work database for dangerous chemicals practitioners in the region as soon as possible, to make up for the announcements of the target enterprises that have already been issued, and to issue a new list of target companies through the information system in a timely manner. From September 1st, 2012, the acceptance of the application for the assessment of the compliance of the safety production standardization of the hazardous chemicals business unit, the assessment of the compliance standard, and the announcement of the compliance standard shall be handled through the information system.
The hazardous chemicals business unit shall timely register the user in the information system, input information on the basic situation of the unit, and carry out the process information on the construction of safe production standardization. Before August 31st, 2012, the hazardous chemicals business unit that has passed the evaluation of safety production standardization will be required to complete the registration before September 20th, 2012, and to supplement the relevant information on safety standardization compliance of the unit.
The organization and appraisal unit for the safety production standardization appraisal for hazardous chemicals business units shall strictly implement the requirements for on-line examination of application materials, on-line submission of evaluation reports, and on-line printing of compliance certificates; and supervise the accreditation personnel of this unit to be proficient in the use of information systems. The hazardous chemicals business unit correctly uses the information system to record the process information for the standardization of safe production, submit applications for compliance, and ensure that the information is standardized and accurate.
