WE Tech wins 2 sets of direct drive permanent magnet shaft generator orders

In May 2016, WE Tech received an order from Besiktas Shipyard to deliver a direct drive permanent magnet shaft generator for a series of two 15100 dwt chemical tankers, the Canadian ship Desgagnés. The first ship's plan will be delivered in the first quarter of 2017.

This is the second order the company received from the shipyard. As early as February 2015, the company received orders to deliver the same solution for a series of two 15100 dwt asphalt carriers.
