Working principle and technical index of slagging characteristic tester

JHJZ-2 type slagging tester is a special instrument developed according to the technical requirements stipulated by the national standard "Measurement method of coal slagging property" (GB1572-89). It is mainly used to determine the difficulty of slagging coal during gasification or combustion. Widely used in department laboratories coal, metallurgy, electric power, particularly in coal-fired units, boiler units, if any, can be measured in advance slagging resistance, in order to guide the scene matching coal, slagging.

working principle

The coal is made into a sample with a particle size of 3 -6 mm, placed in the gasification chamber of the instrument, ignited with charcoal of the same particle size, and gasified or burned under a certain blast strength, after the sample is burned out. The blast is stopped. After cooling, the carbon residue is taken out and weighed. After passing through a vibrating screen of 6 mm sieve hole, the percentage of the carbon residue larger than 6 mm is calculated as the slagging rate, thereby evaluating the slagging property of the coal.

Precautions and spare parts

1. The flue gas chamber, air chamber and exhaust pipe should be cleaned regularly.
2, pay attention to rust prevention when not in use frequently.
3. The gasification chamber is a wearing part, and the instrument does not have spare parts.
