The storage facility covers an area of ​​210,000 square meters and plans to build 300,000 cubic meters of liquid chemical storage tanks. Among them, the total investment for the first phase of the project is 430 million yuan, including 3 liquid chemical berths and 120,000 cubic meters of chemical storage tanks.
