According to the announcement, from the date of the announcement, domestic industries or natural persons, legal persons or relevant organizations representing domestic industries may submit an application for final review in writing to the Ministry of Commerce 60 days before the expiration date of the relevant anti-dumping measures. The application should contain sufficient evidence that the termination of the anti-dumping duty will likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and damage.
If the domestic industry fails to apply according to regulations, the Ministry of Commerce has not decided to take the initiative to conduct a final review before the termination of anti-dumping measures. The relevant anti-dumping measures will be terminated from the due date.
In 2002, China imposed anti-dumping duties on imported methylene chloride originating in the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, and South Korea. After the final review, an announcement was made on August 15, 2007, and it was decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on imported methylene chloride originating in the aforementioned countries. This means that the anti-dumping measures have been extended for five years starting from August 15, 2007, in 2012. Expires on August 15th.
