Previously, due to the serious phenomenon of hydrogen entrainment of the by-products of the device, the content of ketones and alcohols in the discharge liquid of the gas cabinet press increased, which severely affected the COD emission index, and at the same time, many effective components of the intermediate products were also lost, thereby increasing the device. Loss of production. In order to completely solve the problem of hydrogen-entrained liquid nitrogen bottleneck, in April of last year, Fushun Petrochemical Plant invested 1.2 million yuan to reform the hydrogen recovery pipeline network and purchased gas-liquid coalescers and related equipment to produce the two sets of devices. Hydrogen gas is collected in the coalescer. Using gas-liquid coalescence technology, they separated the components such as sec-butanol, methyl ethyl ketone and carbon octa-enone from hydrogen, and then distilled the gas phase from the top of the coalescer and sent it to the hydrogen intermediate tank as a fuel for the high-temperature furnace; Distilled from the bottom and sent to the intermediate buffer tank, and then back to the device back to refining.
According to statistics, one year after the application of hydrogen degassing technology, a total of 178.2 tons of sec-butanol, 29 tons of methyl ethyl ketone, and 32.8 tons of carbon octadetone were recovered from Fushun Petrochemical No. 2 Factory. The production cost was saved to over 1.04 million yuan, and no COD emissions have occurred. ACCIDENT.
