The signing ceremony for the establishment of the 130,000-tonne-butanediol industrial project of Chongqing Heyou Alkali Industry Co., Ltd. at the Nanchong Chemical Industrial Park was held yesterday morning (26th). Gao Xianhai, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor of the city, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Mr. Zeng Xiaoping, President of Sichuan Hebang Group Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Chongqing Youyou Alkali Industry Co., Ltd., took part in the signing ceremony. The signing ceremony was hosted by Hu Guangming, deputy mayor of the municipal government.

Gao Xianhai expressed warm welcome and congratulations to Chongqing Heyou butanediol project in Nanchong. Gao Xianhai said that the petrochemical industry is one of the four major industries in Nanchong. In recent years, the municipal Party committee and the municipal government have cultivated it as a strategic industry that supports the future development of Nanchong. The chemical industry park has been identified as the "one of the city's industrial development." No. 1 project, taking the power of the whole city to accelerate progress. At present, the infrastructure and supporting facilities for the Chemical Industry Park are progressing smoothly, and the company has already entered the construction conditions. Gao Xianhai pointed out that with the continuous advancement of infrastructure construction in Nanchong, a three-dimensional transportation network of water, land and air has been formed, and the transport hub in northeastern Sichuan has a prominent position. In addition, the logistics parks, logistics ports, the construction of the North Railway Station and the expansion of the Gaoping Airport in Nanchong are all in full swing, which all provide better conditions for the development of the company.
Gao Xianhai pointed out that Chongqing Heyou Alkali Industrial Co., Ltd. decided to invest more than 2 billion yuan in the Nanchong Chemical Industrial Park to build an annual output of 130,000 tons of butylene glycol project. After the project is completed and put into production, it will not only help Chongqing Heyou to further expand. Strong, it will also effectively extend the relevant industrial chain in Nanchong, and has a far-reaching impact on the industrial clustering of Nanchong Chemical Industrial Park. Gao Xianhai requested all levels and departments to do everything possible to do a good job of signing projects and to promote the project to be effective as soon as possible.
