BS Automatic Blowing Machine

BS Series Full-auto stretch blow molding machine is an economical full-automatic PET bottle blowing machine independently developed by WATON Machinery. It is fully automatic design for large bottles from 5L to 20L. It is economical, fast and convenient. It can produce all kinds of bottles below 20L, which is popular for edible oil bottles, mineral water bottles and so on.

This model is with variable preform pitch design. Preforms are close with each other during heating, which makes machine size compact, shorter oven, energy saving 30-40%. It can achieve capacity 300-400 bottles per hour for 350g 5 gallon bottle. It ideal meet with requirement of large volume production line for bulk bottles.

2 servo motors in this model. Preform transferring and Mold clamping systems are controlled by servo motor.
