The key technology research and development and industrialization projects of CNC machine tools are supported, and a number of high-end CNC machine tool products are formed to drive the development of high-end manufacturing equipment and technology across the province.

The TNC-B16D high-speed precision CNC vertical cutting and milling centering center research and industrialization project was implemented, and the seven-axis five-link TNC-B16D high-speed precision CNC slitting turning and milling compound center with independent intellectual property rights was developed and industrialized, and the products were developed to fill the province. The internal blank can replace imported similar machine tools and greatly reduce production costs. The implementation of the light bridge R&D project of the viaduct type gantry pentahedron processing center has a clear competitive advantage in terms of accuracy level, delivery cycle and price compared with similar products at home and abroad. The CXH700 CNC Gantry Turning and Milling Compound Machining Center research and development project was implemented. Based on the introduction of German Heath technology, a CNC super heavy-duty gantry turning and milling composite machining center with a working table width of 7000 mm was developed. The products will fill the domestic gap, and the performance indicators such as machine tool precision will reach the domestic leading level and the international advanced level. The VTC series of CNC vertical lathe R&D and industrialization projects will be carried out, and the international advanced level VTC series CNC vertical lathe will be developed to fill the gap in the manufacturing field of vertical CNC lathes in Yunnan Province. The comprehensive performance indicators of R&D products can reach domestic leading and international advanced level. It is differentiated from similar products at home and abroad, and has complete specifications and wide application range. The product price has a strong competitive advantage compared with foreign imported products. Implemented a series of new research and development and industrialization projects for CNC cylindrical grinding machines, absorbed the technology of Swiss Stoder, researched and developed a series of new CNC cylindrical grinding machines with large demand and processing diameters of 320mm and 200mm, and developed products to fill Yunnan shafts. The grinding machine of the parts is blank, and the working precision of the products can reach the domestic advanced level, which can greatly reduce the production cost.

Through the implementation of the project, 16 new products will be developed and produced, 20 core key technologies will be obtained; more than 17 patents will be applied, and more than 8 product quality standards will be formulated. 6 industrial demonstration production lines will be built, and the annual production capacity of 2,275 sets of CNC machine tools will be realized by the project. The sales income will be 96.25 million yuan, the profit will be 141.22 million yuan, and the tax will be 91.35 million yuan.
